HOW TO REQUEST
1. Open your Uber app on Dec 19, Monday, from 11AM – 4PM.
2. Move the slider to UberTWELVE and request.
Have the new Uber app? Tap the UberTWELVE card at the bottom of the Uber app to request.
3. On a successful request, our team of elves will be on their way to deliver clucktastic cuddles to you!
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Demand will be high & availability limited: UberCHIRP on-demand will be available on Dec 19, Monday, from 11AM – 4PM.
About the Experience: Three chicks will come in carrier boxes, in which food and water is provided for them. The entire cuddle experience will be for 15 minutes. If you are requesting to an office building, please ensure that your supervisors, co-workers and building management are comfortable with this arrangement.
About The Animals: The chicks featured are teenage ones from Farm In The City conservation park, not baby chicks from meat farms. They are accustomed to daily human interaction. These animals are cared for in special carriers with proper food, water and hygiene. Volunteers are trained to handle them with care, and they will be returned to the cage-free farm sanctuary after the short event.
Some Additional Points: Prepare an enclosed or secure area i.e. meeting room if possible. Please be gentle when interacting with the chicks and no flash photography, so they can be safe and sound! The animals will mostly remain within their special carrier for their comfort and well-being
