2. Fill up this form (http://goo.gl/forms/yeGus6oHS5)
3. Wait for your sample to arrive!
Terms and Conditions:
1. Samples are available for Malaysian residents only.
2. To claim a sample, user must fill up the form provided with their name, mailing address, e-mail address and contact number.
3. Each user is entitled to receive 1 set of sample, up to a maximum of 3 sets per household/address
4. Any additional sample requests will not be entertained.
5. It is compulsory for users to 'Like' the TruCare Facebook page first before requesting for free samples.
