Follow these steps to get your free cookie:
1) Visit www.tellsubway.my within 3 days from the date of visit.
2) Take a simple survey using the Store ID# on your receipt.
3) Receive unique code after the completion and write it on the back of the receipt to redeem yourself a free cookie from the same store
